Kickboxing is a stand-up multi combat sport and pastime, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing.
NKO is a family oriented Kickboxing club in Northampton that teaches practical and realistic self-protection / martial arts techniques, our goal at NKO is to make every class entertaining, inspiring, fun & safe, while teaching every student essential kickboxing skills.
NKO Kickboxing is not just about self defence, it's about what you can acheive with the freedom to learn kickboxing skills at a pace that suits you!
NKO Kickboxing classes are under-taken in 3 different locations around Northampton,
